All returns and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of original purchase date.

We understand that there can be shipping delays or logistical issues that would make this difficult so please contact us first before you ship your product back to us.

Mountain Edge Lacrosse will not accept collect shipments unless pre-authorized by management. Original receipt must be sent to us and returned item must be in its original packaging and in an un-used condition.

Upon placing an online order with Mountain Edge Lacrosse, we use the financial and contact information you provide during our secure checkout process to promptly ship you your order. Occasionally, circumstances such as backordered items, incorrect information, or insufficient funds may delay shipment. Mountain Edge Lacrosse will make every effort to contact you and clear up any such issues.

Orders that are received before 2:00 pm (MST) will be shipped out within one (1) business day for all in stock items.

A shipping and handling fee will be applied to all shipments and is based on the size and weight of order. Mountain Edge Lacrosse typically ships via Canada Post Expedited however you may request alternative shipping methods.

All orders shipped by Mountain Edge Lacrosse are automatically insured at a cost of $1.00 (CDN) / $100.00 (CDN) purchased.

Due to the nature of the game of lacrosse, warranties vary from item to item. Please contact Mountain Edge Lacrosse regarding warranty questions and we will handle each inquiry on a case by case basis.
